Bug on CACHE Menu

Hello,

I am currently using the latest Litespeed cache plugin on the wordpress, free version.

However i noticed that the tab is broken, can`t be clicked.
Actually on all tab, but the content of tab 1 - 5 is put inside the tab 1, if you scroll down.

Because i want to set up redis but can`t because the tab is not accessible

Please help, thanks so much
