Cannot access Web Admin Console

I just finished my install of LSWS, but I cannot get into the Web Admin Console. It looks to be using port 7080, but I cannot get to it. The server is hosted by HostGator and is running WHM/Cpanel, and does not seem to be running CSF. Help!

Update: I tried accessing the console from a different ISP and it does not work from here either.
