Can't active license litespeed

When I active litespeed Ultra VPS LSWS license, it's fail and show message bellow.
I try to disable firewall but not resolve this issue.
How to resolve this issue?
Current License Status:

For License related issue, you should log a ticket with us. If you purchase it through a reseller, then you should log a ticket with reseller.

ThIs issue was resolved, my IP server was in your blacklist system. I sent a ticket and IP was removed from your blacklist, license was actived OK. Many thank!
