Changing language redirects to minicart

Cleaned all possible caches ( /vqmod/vqcache/, /system/storage/cache/ ) and refreshed Modifications a couple of times.
I am testing this with two browsers, Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox. Especially Mozilla Firefox, cleaned up ALL cookies, history etc "from the beginning of time".

I have noticed a 302 Found redirect from /index.php?route=common/language/language to location /index.php?route=common/cart/info.

Does this make any sense?

vary strange redirect.

you use Opencart SEO engine or "third party" module?

Opencart distrubutive clean? or build like Opencart Pro or oCStore?

I am using Opencart SEO Pack PRO https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=marketplace/extension/info&extension_id=6182.
Opencart core is downloaded from Opencart.com.
I am using OCMOD & VQMOD to "make changes".

Do you believe I should contact the developer of Opencart SEO Pack PRO?

check SEO Pack Pro redirect settings and multi-language settings
and also see rewrite rules .htaccess (if SEO Pack Pro add they)
