Clear Forum Cache Option

For two days, becasue of my stupid hosting provider, Xfcache is getting the SSD full and the web site is starting to crash! We will add an extra SSD but in the mean time we need to be able to regulary empty the XFcache. We can not do it now beacuse WP admin gives 404!

you can ssh to your server, find out the XF cache folder, and delete old files (for example older than 8 hours)

I did that but I had to google the command on how to delete a folder content over SSH...

for example:
#find /tmp/xfcache -type f -mmin +480 -delete

(480 minutes or 8 hours)
