CloudLinux and configuration options

Hello,

I am trying out CloudLinux on a new server and have a few questions regarding the configuration options in LiteSpeed:

1. What are the differences between LVE, CageFS and CageFS without suEXEC in Configuration > Server > General? What do you recommend for best performance/security? The server is used for shared hosting and CloudLinux LVE + CageFS is enabled.

2. What is the recommended settings for the lsphp external app for these options?

Run On Start Up
Auto Start

Server specs: dual Intel E5-2620 with 32GB of RAM and RAID10 SSD.

Basically I want to know which options to use to get the most out of LiteSpeed and CloudLinux.

With CloudLinux, you have to enable "PHP suEXEC".
If you do not use per-user php.ini, you can use PHP suEXEC daemon mode. The default setting is good.

Meaning the best setting would be CageFS for Cloud Linux, and suEXEC daemon mode and Auto Start through CGI daemon?

in suEXEC daemon mode, no difference.

Auto Start:Through CGI Daemon
is helpful in php suExec non-daemon mode.
