Cloudlinux LVE support in lsws 5

Seems that LVE support has been broken in the new version
Tried all LVE, CageFS and CageFS without suExec options but didn't work properly

LVE CageFS requires suEXEC, that's as designed. 4.2.x require suEXEC as well.

php suEXEC was enabled, LVE CageFS in litespeed either, but after upgrading to 5 LVE support is broken
it was working with the same configuration in 4 but now

Please switch back and forth between 4 and 5, see if it only break with 5. if yes, we may need to login to take a look. We have so many customers using CloudLinux CageFS, no other bug report so far.
