confirm configuration

Our hosting provider recommended using this. I have followed the setup instructions and tried various things on other forums and sites. Can you verify the setting for caching in the Joomla Global Configuration and if anything needs to be added in the .htaccess file or would that only be for Joomla 2.5 ? No matter how I configure it, I do not see it being used by checking the verification methods.

May I ask which wiki you followed?
If your Joomla version <3, please follow https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:no-plugin-joomla
If version >3, then please follow wiki https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscjoomla:installation
Any URL that you can share or any Screenshot of the response header maybe helps.

Thank you, our version is <3 and I used these instructions( https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscjoomla ) since the documentation says "NOTE: There is a module now. If you are running Joomla 3.x or later, please use the module. "
The host in this case says they have their part of it installed and functional, is it possible this is not the case ?

If you use joomla 2.5, you can not use the plugin, instead, you will need to follow the no-plugin wiki by using rewrite rules.

1. Joomla 3.x or later
2. Either LiteSpeed Web Server Enterprise 5.2.3 or later, or OpenLiteSpeed 1.4 or later

From screenshot I can see the web server is Apache which may not support LiteSpeed Cache. Please contact your hosting manager with this information, thanks.
