[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /!

Hi all, Iam using the trial version and after uploading my website I got this issue:
[ERROR] Can not open directory for URI: /!

No problem when switching to apache, it might be a mod_rewrite issue, could we add something in the .htaccess fileto solve it?

what's the ownership / permission of home directory/public_html ?
