Expereincing a large TTFB even with Cache Enable

I am facing a enourmous 3sec TTFB. I have tried allmost all settings but its not getting anywhere. Enabled object caching also. THis is my website url -

Page not cached == high TTFB

So always keep the cache warmed with the crawler.
