Having trouble using FormMail.pl

I'm using Frontpage 2003 toi generate HTML code. I use FormMail to handle the forms on my pages. Recently I was upgraded from Zeus to LiteSpeed and now the forms do not work. The code when in Zeus included "<form method="post" action="/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl">" but now I get the following error https://snaptube.cam/
"lscgid: execve():/websites/ra/radschool.org.au/cgi-bin/FormMail.pl: No such file or directory"

Can anyone help??
