How to cache one page only

hi

we have a private closed forum with daily 10000k users visits when users are less site is faster when users are more when they click on posts links site becomes dead slow and mysql goes 650% usage all other pages are faster only posts page is very slow how to cache only that page.
need some guide and tweaks please

May I ask which CMS you are using for the forum? WordPress? Xenforo?

its custom made not based on CMS if incase of CMS i could of used litespeed cache plugin and cached

iam using plesk with plesk extension.

plesk is ok, the wiki tells you how to setup cache root plesk and example one is the rewrite rule to be used in .htaccess. Have you got a chance to check wiki? Anything unclear there?

how to update Litespeed extension to latest version as i can see plesk is having old version and there no update it showing
