i have openlitespeed and i have problem with cache

I make the configuration as it is in the attachment.

I want to make the openlitespeed cache module work without a plugin.

I have a PHP app., I don't have seen x-LiteSpeed-cache: hit in the header.

So what should make sure of it? also, I have Cloudflare and BunnyCDN as CDN.

First of all disable any HTTP Cache at Cloudflare and BunnyCDN.
If you want to run LScache without plugin you must learn to set the correct rewrite Rules to define cache rules. Documentation is your friend....

what does it mean - "without a plugin"?

on your screenshots not plugin. on your screenshots are web GUI for OpenLiteSpeed server settings
you can also enable LSCache by .htaccesss

plugin is extension for specific CMS.

x-LiteSpeed-cache in header is how LSCache work!!!!!

if x-LiteSpeed-cache not present in header then LSCache not work.
