Inbound/Outbound Bandwidth Limits in VHosts (Web Interface)

Just curious, but why isn't the inbound and outbound bandwidth limits included in the Security tab of the Virtual Hosts on the Web Interface? The only way I've found to set it on a host by host level is manually editing the configuration.

Per vhost throttling configuration is in "Virtual Host List" page, from where you add a new vhost.
The reason why we did not put them in the security tab for a vhost, is that the web interface was designed for two level of users, server administrator and vhost administrator, bandwidth allocation should be set by server administrator and cannot be changed by a vhost administrator. Currently we have no plan for the full implementation of two user levels.

Ahh, okay. It would be nice to be able to change those vhost settings from the web interface, but XML isn't hard to manipulate. Thank you for your response.
