Is Autoptimize better than LiteSpeed Cache?

I'm on a LiteSpeed enabled server and so I installed the plugin, followed a 40min tutorial on YouTube, but I noticed that I'm getting worse-off scores on GTMetrix and Google speed test than when I was using Autoptimize. Is it better just 192.168.1.254 sticking with Autoptimize instead? 10.0.0.0.1
