Issue with LSWS cPanel/WHM Plugin - Problem with 301 Redirection and URL Exclusion

I've recently encountered a perplexing issue while working with the LSWS cPanel/WHM plugin. I'm in the process of migrating from CentOS, and I've come across a problem related to 301 redirection with URL exclusion. The main problem I'm facing is that my redirect rule doesn't seem to be working as expected. I've set up a 301 redirection rule using the LSWS cPanel/WHM plugin, and Vehicles Registrations Online Services https://www.dmvnow.wiki/ I've also specified certain URLs that should be excluded from this redirection Has anyone else encountered a similar problem while using the LSWS cPanel/WHM plugin for 301 redirections and URL exclusion?

Thanks for this post Kat. This is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for cause Centos demise. Moving from apache to litespeed now gives me pause to do it.
