joomla 3 modal login to logged after refresh

hi. your lscache is great.
i have problem. i use latest joomla 3 update and use login modal module. after enter user and pass, site did refresh but module didn't login.
i do change setting but not resolved.
please tell me how can solve that.

i do correct every thing you say on that page but my login module not show as login.
