Joomla Form was blocked by litespeed cache

Hi,
we have Joomla 5.0 and litespeed cache 1.5.1.
We have a custom module with a form with fields and a pdf and the form submissions were blocked last week by lite speed cache.
It worked untill 1 week ago. Were there any changes to litespeed configeration?

We have not upgraded LSCache Plugin for Joomla recently, I am not sure on what other things you may have changed/updated recently on your origin server for this issue to occur.
Please get in touch with your sysadmin if they have changed recently anything on the server.
