I'm facing this issue many time. I realize this due to litespeed rename the file .htaccess to .htaccess_lscachebak_01. This is not suppose to happen. Please advise the team to rename the file as htaccess_lscachebak_01 instead of .htaccess_lscachebak_01.
When i remove the file .htaccess_lscachebak_01, it resolve the issue litespeed cache miss.
