Litespeed 5.1.16 Trial Version Download

Hi,

I am trying to find the earlier version of litespeed Webserver (5.1.16).
Could anyone please give any pointers on where it will be available? I couldn't find it in the downloads section.

Hi,

For new download, you can do

wget https://www.litespeedtech.com/packages/5.0/lsws-5.1.16-ent-x86_64-linux.tar.gz

If LSWS already installed, just use upgrade command to downgrade the version you want.

Any reason you want to try with an old version instead the new one?

Thanks Eric,

I downloaded the package from the link. I went through this link earlier, tried opening it in browser just to see if packages are available or not.
The browser returned 404 Error on https://www.litespeedtech.com/packages/5.0/
I thought the link might have expired, so i posted a request in the forum.

Well, wget worked on this link. Thanks to you.

We have a production setup running on 5.1.16, we want run some vulnerability tests on a test environment before making any changes to the production setup.

Hi Eric,

I have more more doubt. I would really appreciate if you can assist.

In the production setup which is running on 5.1.16, i don't see any license information. I tried running lshttpd -V to get license details ,it returned nothing.
Please find the snapshot of the the current version in which the license details are not present.

The setup was configured a long time ago, and i have no idea how it was done.
Is there any other way to find the license details of the installed version?
