Module reviews prestashop 1.6

hello
i have a problem with the product reviews module of my prestashop 1.6.1.18
when a client let a reviews, it not appear automaticaly... i need to reset the cache in the back office by ID. The reviews appear in the module reviews (back office) but not in the web site without refreshing the cache in the litespeed option (refresh by ID)... i have to reset the cache in my browser also (google or firefox) to see the reviews...
Could you help me please?

here you can see there is no customers reviews (donnez votre avis) :https://www.capoeirashop.fr/fr/enfant/205-porte-clefs-bahia-capoeira.html
you can try to put one reviews, you will see than it doesn't appear... even if you refresh the page... i have to refresh the cash for the ID of your comment to appear...

Adding new ESI block will need PHP code change and you may ask our developer Lauren from the slack golitespeed channel for evaluation or a quote if you are interested in paid support.
