Check why css doesn't load properly. Check the file exist or not, any permission issue or not. may check server error_log to find out why. If you don't have ssh access, you'd better ask your host's help.
Did you ever solve this Kristin? I had exactly the same issue, but ended up disabling and renabling the plugin and that fixed it. But weird that I had to do that in the first place.
