Page cache is not detected and the server response time is slow

after upgrade Business to VPS i am getting the error that Page cache is not detected and the server response time is slow i don't know why i am getting this if i already have installed and activated the Litespeed Plugin on wordpress

also in Litespeed Plugin --> LiteSpeed Cache Settings --> Object Cache Settings -->
Status
Memcached Extension: Enabled
Redis Extension: Enabled
Connection Test: Failed

have just upgraded my website from Business to VPS but now i face the problem on Litespeed plugin which is not working, i asked host provider and he said, To use the LSWS cache plugin on a website pointing to server, you must install LSWS on the server. The LiteSpeed Web Server (LSWS) needs a paid license.

i Mail on Litespeed support and they said our cache plugin will require LiteSpeed Webserver or QUIC cloud CDN in order to cache page properly and your site is running on Apache , that's the reason why it doesn't work

If you don't know how to install LSWS on your server the only way to get it run change hosting company that offers hostings with already installed LSWS on VPS.

ok got it, thanks for the info but i just bought VPS 3 days ago and can't spend money again with the new one yet.
