Per Client Throttling

Hello,
first of all thank you very much for great webserver,
i have download server with 100TB on 1GE Port,
i was on Nginx server , and Nginx cant handle my server and got DDOS attack and high server load, now with LiteSpeed server is live and working normal,
let me know about Per Client Throttling config, i set below configuration
will be good ?

Static Requests/second 25
Dynamic Requests/second 0
Outbound Bandwidth (bytes/sec) 0
Inbound Bandwidth (bytes/sec) 0
Connection Soft Limit 10
Connection Hard Limit 40
Grace Period (sec) 15
Banned Period (sec) 30

my BW usage of server attached,

Xeon 3430
16GB RAM
4x1TB HDD Raid10
cPanel/WHM

in general the setting is ok. you can also set "Dynamic Requests/second" to 1~5, instead of 0, --- depends on what service your website provide.

its only download server, and not have any websites hosted in the server,
we are using just for A record and linking the direct links,
whats your recommendetion,

let me know there is any stuff can take a look at server ?

You could lower static and hard limits to around 10 to prevent download accelerators from using up the connections.
