Purge Failed issues

With the latest installation of Joomla, I'm now getting "Purge Failed: Return code is 405 0 URLs successfully purged" when I try to clear individual URLS in the LS Cache component.

Is there any way to understand what might be causing this?

I don't remember seeing another report on this issue, would like to check your specific setup.

Thanks and will do asap later today. And agreed, I'm now betting it's a clash with something I've installed/upgraded recently. ("Purge all" still works).
