reCAPTCHA Protection Can't Allow Google Bots

I activated Checkbox Recaptcha because I received an intense DDOS attack. The official documentation says that Google bots are already allowed, but it does not do this. Google bots see the Checkbox, not the site.
In the "Bot White List" section
Google
Yandex
Bing
...
When I type it, it still does not allow Google bots. Is there a way to allow it by IP, command line or otherwise?

As seen in the picture, attacks on files with "css" or "js" extensions are definitely not detected by "reCaptcha". That's why, i added a custom conf file.

May I know if you have added those bot's user-agent to the Bot White List?

Update to 6.2, but i have almost same issue, recaptcha always on for all, but i have 200 code
