Hello LS,

I am InterWorx CP user, I am use InterWorx with Litespeed for my web hosting service. But i got something wrong. Bandwidth count on my control panel is not working after install Litespeed.

I was contacted InterWorx Support and they answer is:
Hey Khairil,

I spoke to the development team and it looks like litespeed isn't populating /var/log/httpd/interworx_traffic_log for InterWorx to parse to calculate bandwidth traffic. Litespeed support would be able to assist with this issue further:

[root@sg1iw ~]# ls -la /var/log/httpd/interworx_traffic_log
-rw-r--r-- 1 apache kacamlmh 0 Aug 16 01:14 /var/log/httpd/interworx_traffic_log

The interworx_traffic_log was generated at /etc/httpd/logs/interworx_traffic_log, they changed the location?
Can you just symbolic link from /etc/httpd/logs/interworx_traffic_log to /var/log/httpd/interworx_traffic_log?

Problem solved by ticket.

The problem is because /var/log/httpd has permission mark 0700, "apache" user cannot open file under that directory. changing it to 0755 fixes the problem.

Thanks.
