[Resolved] WooCommerce 500 error

Hello Guys,
One of our customers is having an issue with LSWS and WooCommerce. When they go to the WooCommerce page to update a product you get a 500 error. There is nothing useful in the error logs. We tried enabling the debugging log, but nothing much stands out. If they switch back to Apache, it works fine.

Environment is cPanel/HWM V64 with the latest LSWS and PHP 5.6.

Looking for suggestions on how to debug or what information would be useful to post.

Hi there,
The 500 error should be a php fatal error. Can you get their php error log? If needed, please create a ticket.

It took us a while, but we finally tracked it down. Nothing to do with LSWS. W3 Total Cache was causing the issue. Switched caching plugins, and life was happy aain.
