server repeat restarting reported in logs

After a restart via admin panel the Server logs are showing

how to resolve?

Those log entries are normal if you are requesting LSWS to restart.

am not requesting the restarts
these are showing after the one restart at say 11.51
its now 21:45 and still getting them
