Suspend account native litespeed

how to suspend account (virtual host template) ?
i dont wanna use restart web server.
i already try change domain name to a non-exist domain ( work w/o restart ), but aliases domain still working.

is there any other way, suspend vhost (by changing httpd_config.xml, etc) without restart web service?

is there a limit character in vhdomain field ? or it's unlimited ?
since i know, that vhdomain field will work without restart web server.
