Update the XenForo Cache Plugin

You guys are doing an awesome job with the Wordpress plugin but the XenForo 2.0 plugin is not updated nearly since the launch. I don't want to use other cache plugins.

Sorry that we missed your initial post here! As for XF 2.1, we don't expect the plugin to run into any problems but have not tested with it directly yet.

We've added this to our to-do and I'll be sure to let you know what we find once our support team gets a free moment to setup a XF 2.1 testing environment.
