www not working

I'm new to Litespeed and have a problem with the webserver.
When visiting the website by domain, name.com it takes me to the homepage, when I try to connect to www.name.com my browser will tell me server could not be found.

Does anyone have a solution to make this work?

is the virtual host defined in lsws admin console(i.e., native virtual host) or come from apahce's httpd.conf?

if it's native virtual host, check
Configuration->Listeners->Virtual Host Mappings, domains part.
