    the workaround is to restart lsws. should fix it temporarily? the root cause most likely at your php package -- forum script, you have to optimize it to consume less memory.

    is it the latest lsws 4.2.21 ? it should be as fast as cloudflare. anyway, please check lsws web admin -> Server -> Tuning -> Smart Keep-Alive if yes, try "No", restart lsws, see if any difference.

    please check if you've built the matching lsphp. i.e., create a phpinfo.php page, access it under litespeed and apache, see if php version, build parameter, extensions etc are same(or matching).

    if it's a WHM/cPanel environment, best to run the auto installer. uninstall current lsws, then run auto installer.

    by default, litespeed won't add such header at all: Cache-Control: public, max-age=0 however it can be added if you did it in purpose in .htaccess etc. you can access a static page, see if this special header exists.
